When engaging WatchParty.games for development services, you agree to:

- Designate a point of contact for timely feedback and approvals.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WATCHPARTY.GAMES WEBSITE AND ANY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Custom project deliverables are subject to the warranty terms specified in your project agreement.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
